Shelfordian wins Engineering Award

On Wednesday 9 May, Monash Engineering welcomed 90 first year students, their families and representatives from their high schools to the annual Engineering Scholarship Celebration.
Congratulations to Shelfordian Kate Dowsley (2017) who was among the select group of recipients celebrated on the evening.
The Dean of Engineering, Professor Elizabeth Croft presented a gift to each scholarship recipient in recognition of their achievements.
"Engineering is about turning the theory into something useful. It's going to challenge the way you think, the way you problem solve, the way you work with other people and it will also impact the way you see the world and your place in it," she emphasised."
