Why choose Shelford?

Our curriculum is innovative and engaging with a broad range of subject offerings. In addition, we offer many extracurricular activities at Shelford. We have activities specially designed for our international students, including International Students Camp, one day excursions and onsite wellbeing programs. 

Care for student wellbeing is central to all that we do. At Shelford, we have a dedicated and caring team to look after our international students’ wellbeing, including a Head of Student Wellbeing, International Student Coordinator, Year Level Coordinators and EAL Support Staff. A central point of contact with families, the International Student Coordinator oversees academic progress, accommodation and pastoral care requirements of our international students. EAL support staff are available in the Junior and Senior Schools to assist international students with the improvement of English and completion of school work.

We offer a limited number of places to international students each year, from Prep–Year 11. School reports may be required and all students seeking enrolment will be interviewed.
